The Soft Gelatin Capsule Single layer tumble dryer is an essential piece of equipment for soft capsule manufacturing. Constructed primarily from stainless steel, it comprises a ventilation system, a mechanical conveying system, and a PLC-based electrical control system.

Featuring a modular design, the turntable allows flexible scaling of the number of units according to production requirements. Each section operates independently in both forward and reverse rotation; each tumble with a φ1.5 mm stainless steel mesh to prevent capsule adhesion and eliminate cross-contamination during cleaning, these sections effectively avoid capsule rupture within the turntable.

The tumble dryer can make the moisture content of fresh softgel skin meet the drying requirement.Each rotating cage has two fans,adopting large air volume and intensive design,each rotating cage can be independently rotated forward and reverse,and the speed can bu adjusted by frequency conversion,the rotating cage control can be automatically controlled by PLC when the totating cage is used as an online model with the encapsulation machine,and it can also be manually controlled when the intervention run alone.

The drying rotators are categorized into single-layer continuous rotators, double-layer rotators, and dehumidified drying rotators. The appropriate soft capsule drying rotor can be selected based on the production workshop requirements and production capacity.
