The Gelatin Service Tank is a insulated holding vessel designed to receive melted gelatin and medicine liquid from the preparation system and maintain it at constant temperature before delivery to the encapsulation machine. Positioned between the gelatin melting area and the encapsulation line, it ensures a continuous supply of conditioned gelatin ready for capsule production.

Constructed entirely from SS316L stainless steel, the tank is built to pharmaceutical hygiene standards. Its mobile design allows flexible positioning alongside softgel encapsulation presses, supporting multi-machine production layouts.
