Featuring a 360-degree rotating roller and vision imaging, it delivers comprehensive, blind-spot-free inspection.

The hard capsule sorting machine can detect defects caused by hard capsule filling, such as concave tops, flat tops, color mixing, double-layering, insufficient filling, cracking, and foreign bodies.
The automatic hard capsule inspection machine mold adopts a modular design, allowing disassembly within 15 minutes and facilitating cleaning. One module can test capsules of three different sizes.
