The vision capsule detection machine integrates visual technology and intelligent algorithms to ensure high-precision detection and removal of defective capsules. The automatic softgel inspection machine can accurately identify black dot contaminants as small as 0.5 mm,The capsule testing machine can detect dimensional changes as small as 0.1 mm and accurately identify leak defects in softgel,ensuring flawless product quality.Its compact mechanical structure and reliable control system occupy minimal space while maintaining cost-effectiveness. The system supports seamless integration with various capsule filling machines or operates as a standalone unit.

The soft capsule inspection machine can detect defects such as bubbles, leakage, deformation, black spots, and dimensional deviations, achieving a 98% pass rate for leakage detection and a 99.9% pass rate for appearance inspection. It can process 120,000–250,000 capsules per hour, meeting diverse production capacity requirements of customers.

Each capsule can capture 14 images under two distinct light source conditions, thereby providing high-resolution, multi-angle views. This unique capability enables precise detection of transparent, semi-transparent, or colored soft capsules.
