Hot Water Storage Tank | Jacketed Electric Heating for Process Cleaning

Overview

The Hot Water Storage Tank is a purpose-built utility vessel that supplies heated water for CIP and gelatin melting tanks and preparation equipment between batches. Equipped with electric heating elements and a fully insulated double-wall jacket, it maintains water at 80–100 °C on standby - ensuring hot cleaning water is immediately available when required for CIP or manual cleaning cycles.

Designed as the companion hot water source for water-jacketed gelatin melting systems, the Hot Water Storage tank supports recirculating hot water loops that reduce overall energy consumption compared to point-of-use heating.
