Installation & Operation Guidelines
The vacuum condenser is compatible with 2X series and water ring vacuum pumps. Before installation, inspect all parts for damage or loosening during transportation. Ensure horizontal installation with inclination less than 2/1000 mm. All flange and pipe connections shall be sealed tightly to avoid air and water leakage. Complete cleaning and disinfection before formal operation, and prevent water ingress into electrical sockets.
Maintenance & Safety Notes
- Follow the specified cooling water flow direction during operation; drain condensate timely when the liquid level reaches the upper limit to maintain system stability.
- Strictly operate within the rated pressure and temperature range to avoid equipment failure caused by over-limit operation.
- Clean the equipment thoroughly after use; do not use alkaline cleaning solution to protect the stainless steel surface.
- All maintenance work must be carried out in power-off and shutdown status; non-professional personnel are prohibited from disassembling and replacing components.
