A vacuum mixing tank is a device that utilizes vacuum and mixing technologies to mix, disperse, and degas materials. It achieves precise mixing and efficient degassing by combining a unique revolution and rotation mixing method within a vacuum environment.
Its core working principle is that the carrier rotates at high speed around a central axis within the equipment cavity. Centrifugal force propels the internal material downwards, compressing it for initial degassing. Simultaneously, the carrier rotates at high speed, creating a combined force with the revolution, driving the material in a vortex flow for thorough mixing. Finally, powerful centrifugal force compresses the air bubbles inside the material to the surface, and the high vacuum environment completes the removal of the bubbles.
The vacuum system uses a vacuum pump to extract air from the container, creating a negative pressure environment that allows air bubbles to escape from the material and be removed. The control system is responsible for adjusting parameters such as mixing speed and vacuum level.
