A vacuum mixing tank, also known as a vacuum mixer or non-invasive material homogenizer, is a specialized piece of equipment used for stirring, mixing, degassing, and homogenizing high-viscosity, multi-component materials in a vacuum (negative pressure) environment. Its core working principle involves using a stirring system (such as a planetary gear drive) to induce a complex motion of revolution and rotation within the tank, combined with a vacuum system to remove air, achieving efficient and uniform mixing and deep degassing. The equipment mainly consists of a stirring system, a vacuum system, a tank (usually made of stainless steel), a heating/cooling system, and a control system.
It is widely used in production processes requiring high mixing quality in industries such as food (e.g., high-viscosity sauces, chocolate), pharmaceuticals (e.g., creams, sealants), chemicals, and electronics.
