Before operation, check the tightness of all screws on the equipment and ensure that the electrical casing and machine body are reliably grounded to ensure operational safety.
Press the green button on the "Power Switch" to turn on the power.
Slowly adjust the "Vibration Intensity Adjustment Knob" clockwise to start the sorting tray vibrating.
Place approximately 300 powder capsule shells into the "Powder Capsule Shell Sorting Tray" and approximately 300 capsule caps into the "Capsule Cap Sorting Tray."
After approximately 30 seconds, the powder capsule shells and capsule caps will fall into the round holes, opening upwards.
Hold the powder capsule shell receiving plate horizontally and gently push it inwards from the bottom of the sorting tray. The powder capsule shells in the sorting tray will fall into the round holes of the receiving plate. Then remove the receiving plate. Use the same method to remove the capsule caps using the capsule cap receiving plate.
Place the capsule shell receiving plate flat in the powder tray (you can prepare a powder tray with a base area of 500×500mm² and a height of about 10mm on all four sides, filled with powder). Then, place the randomly provided acrylic frame over the capsule receiving plate, use a small scoop to put the powder into the acrylic frame, and then scrape it flat with the edge of the frame to evenly fill the capsule shell with powder. Remove any excess powder.
