The mixing tank is heated by steam within a jacket. Heat is transferred to the materials through the inner wall of the tank to maintain the required temperature. Simultaneously, a magnetic stirrer continuously tumbles the materials, ensuring uniform mixing of the liquid. It features energy saving, corrosion resistance, high production capacity, easy cleaning, and simple structure, making it an indispensable piece of equipment for dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Structure: This equipment consists of a tank body, jacket, inner liner, end caps, magnetic stirring device, and utility system piping. The main body is made of imported stainless steel, manufactured according to GB741-80 technical specifications. The tank is polished inside and out, and contains an agitator for stirring during operation. A thermometer on the top cover displays the internal temperature. A cycloidal pinwheel planetary reducer at the top drives the agitator. The tank is removable and washable, with an openable lid for cleaning. Two additional inlets allow connection to pipelines for various ingredients. A discharge port with a stopcock valve is located at the bottom. After stirring evenly, rotating the stopcock valve handle 90° releases the material; closing the valve after discharging ensures uniform mixing. A level gauge or weighing device can be installed to measure the volume or weight of the material inside the tank.
