Introduction To Commonly Used Materials For Drying Trays

Currently, drying trays on the market are mainly made of stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum alloy. Stainless steel trays, with their advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning, are the preferred choice for the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. 304 stainless steel is suitable for most production environments, while 316 stainless steel is more suitable for highly corrosive environments.

Galvanized steel trays are relatively inexpensive and suitable for general industrial drying, but their corrosion resistance under long-term high-temperature environments is slightly inferior to stainless steel. Aluminum alloy trays are lightweight and have good thermal conductivity, making them suitable for equipment with high weight requirements. When choosing materials, companies should comprehensively consider actual production needs, budget, and operating environment to achieve optimal performance and improve overall equipment operating efficiency.
