At the core of the VT-150H high speed Checkweigher is an enhanced electromagnetic force restoration load cell paired with high-speed digital signal processing, optimized to capture stable weight readings in milliseconds as packages traverse the weighing belt at speeds up to 90 meters per minute. Advanced dynamic filtering algorithms compensate for belt vibration and product momentum, ensuring that accuracy is not compromised even at maximum throughput. The VT-150H High Speed Checkweigher features a full-color touchscreen HMI with an intuitive bilingual (English / Chinese) interface, with additional language packs available upon request.
