Built on a robust SUS304 stainless steel frame with adjustable leveling feet, the VT-150 pharmaceutical Inline Checkweigher is engineered for straightforward integration into existing pharmaceutical packaging lines. The 150mm-wide food-grade PU conveyor belt transports packages through the infeed, weighing, and rejection sections at speeds adjustable from 0 to 60 meters per minute. The system automatically rejects out-of-tolerance packages using a selectable rejection mechanism (air blast, push-arm, or drop-through configurations available) matched to the package type. The cantilevered frame design and open construction allow easy access for cleaning and maintenance - critical for GMP-regulated production environments. The checkweigher can be installed as a standalone unit or networked with upstream coding, vision, and metal detection equipment to form a complete end-of-line quality inspection station.
