Gummy Bottle Packaging Process

The production process starts with the Automatic Bottle Unscrambler.
The Automatic Bottle Unscrambler automatically organizes bulk empty bottles and transfers them into the packaging line in a controlled sequence.
Photoelectric detection monitors bottle flow and helps reduce bottle accumulation and interruptions.
For gummy supplement manufacturers running multiple bottle formats, the Automatic Bottle Unscrambler can be adjusted for different bottle specifications through the corresponding change parts and bottle guide settings.
The GLP Series High-Speed Bottle Unscrambler provides a stated capacity of 50–200 bottles/min, depending on bottle specifications.

The Jet Bottle Cleaner provides an optional internal bottle cleaning stage before gummy filling.
Using clean compressed air and multiple nozzles, the Jet Bottle Cleaner performs automatic bottle positioning, inversion and air cleaning.
The system can be connected directly with the gummy filling and downstream packaging equipment.
With a stated capacity of 30–120 bottles/min, the Jet Bottle Cleaner can be selected according to the required production speed.

The core of the Gummy Bottle Packaging Line is the gummy counting and filling stage.
The Gummy Counting & Filling Machine automatically separates, counts and transfers the required quantity of gummy products into bottles.
Because gummy products can differ significantly in size and geometry, the final configuration should be selected based on the actual gummy product rather than relying only on nominal bottle output.
The system can be integrated with upstream bottle handling and downstream desiccant insertion, capping, sealing and labeling equipment.

Moisture management can be an important part of gummy supplement packaging.
The Automatic Desiccant Inserter automatically feeds and inserts bagged desiccant into the bottle after gummy filling.
The system integrates conveying, detection, positioning and insertion functions under PLC and HMI control.
The Automatic Desiccant Inserter can process bottles approximately Φ30–Φ110 mm in diameter and 50–200 mm in height, subject to the final equipment configuration.
Capacity: 40–100 bottles/min

Once the gummy product and desiccant have entered the bottle, the Automatic Capping Machine completes the bottle closure process.
The Automatic Capping Machine automatically feeds caps and performs controlled tightening according to the selected cap and bottle configuration.
For higher-output applications, the SGR10 Multi-Head High-Speed Capping Machine provides a 10-head configuration with a stated maximum capacity of 250 bottles/min, depending on the application.
The Automatic Capping Machine can be synchronized with the upstream filling system and downstream induction sealing equipment.

After capping, the Aluminum Foil Induction Sealing Machine creates the bottle's induction seal.
The system uses electromagnetic induction heating to seal the aluminum foil liner to the bottle opening without direct contact.
The Aluminum Foil Induction Sealing Machine is suitable for a range of plastic and glass containers used in nutraceutical and health supplement packaging.
The sealing parameters can be adjusted according to bottle and foil specifications.
